PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN
A12-week structured training plus support and feedback, without the ongoing commitment of custom coaching. Ideal if you are training for a specific goal (be it race, event or fitness related) and want to use your training time effectively & enjoyably.

STRENGTH Training
Coming soon! Ideal if you are looking to become stronger and more resilient cyclist, are a masters athlete looking to build/maintain muscle, strength and/or power, or if you simply want a strength program that compliments your on-the-bike training.
- 4-week strength programs designed to fit your goals, lifestyle, training demands and available time.
- Developed around the equipment available (at-home or in-gym workouts)
- General fitness assessment to track strength gains over time
- $80 AU
- Optional 30-minute consultation to review the program $40 AU
CONSULTATIONS
One-off consultations for advice on how to improve your current training or to ask questions about preparing for a particular race or event.
- 60-minute consultation
- Available via phone, zoom or in-person
- Help with setting up a personal fitness routine
